QE20 Grade 1 Emergency Warning System (EWS)
From fire alarm warnings to discrete intruder messages and more, the QE20 Grade 1 Emergency Warning System (EWS) is designed to facilitate the orderly evacuation of occupants in a building in the event of an emergency.
- The QE20 is a cost-effective evacuation solution for medium to large buildings and multi-building infrastructure such as commercial buildings, office blocks, hospitals, shopping centers, airports and educational campuses.
- The QE20 allows fire wardens or emergency services personnel to easily control and coordinate an orderly building evacuation.
- The QE20 complies with equipment standards AS 4428.16:2020 and AS 4428.4:2016, and can be installed to AS 1670.4 and NZS 4512.
Advanced evacuation control for grade 1 buildings
The QE20 Emergency Warning System (EWS) is a modular, Grade 1 solution designed to support orderly building evacuation in the event of fire or emergency. It enables zone-specific alerting, phased evacuation and emergency public address, compliant with AS 4428.16:2020 and AS 4428.4:2016. With support for up to 224 evacuation zones and integration with intercom control systems, QE20 simplifies coordination across complex sites like campuses, hospitals and commercial buildings. Amplifier sizes from 25W to 240W, IP networking and custom voice messaging ensure flexible, scalable performance for critical communications.
